REPORTING

All our CCTV drainage equipment comes with industries best reporting and compiling software. This gives us a clear way to share our findings following a CCTV inspection with our clients and/or stakeholders. This reporting has so many advantages including: clear photos, WSAA 2020 coding, grading system, sequential meter counting & PDF downloads. 

All of our service locating is also reported directly into our asset management system, this allows for asset data attributed to be recorded in real time. Including, service type, depth, material & size. This can then be easily exported into the clients desired file type, including CAD, KML, shape, etc. The advantage of our GIS mapping software is being easily transferable, integration into alternate systems such as ARC GIS, ESRI, Intramaps, etc. Saving both ourselves and our clients time in trying to manipulate various different data sets.

ASSET DATA & CAPTURE

Along with our utility locations, here at AAL we also take the time find out all relevant asset data specific to the utility, site or project. This allows us to build a data base of the current assets on site. With the use our much talked about mapping service; the best way to keep a detailed record of the data collected on the day.

AAL can provide its clients with a complete asset register, detailing key asset data such as asset type, material, size, function & location. This data builds register for the site, room or building assisting with planning or developments in understanding what is actually on site. This information is all built into our Asset Management software we utilize, iAM OMNI. This software tool is the backbone of our asset data, giving interactive use to visually see asset data from you browser.  

Furthermore, we can enhance this interactive view with the use of 360 degree photos & floor plans. This allows for a photo of the room to become interactive with the user, clicking on assets and viewing the space without being on site.

CONDITION ASSESMENT

Along with our Asset & Data Capture we can also provide our clients with asset & building condition assessments. This can allow our clients to have an elevated perspective on their sites, factoring condition, replacement value & remaining useful lifecycle.

Further Asset data can be of vital importance to our clients, in understanding not only on what assets they have, but allowing them to prepare & plan for the end of life cycle & replacement value of these assets. This allows for the asset data to be used for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), capturing all areas of lifecycle, planning, procurement, installation, performance, maintenance, compliance, risk management, through to asset retirement. 

Compliance

Another factor we outline within our asset data and EAM system is compliance, many assets within commercial buildings have strong government regulations on compliance assets. With the use of our software our asset data has a range of built in compliance audits that can be utilized for our clients in assisting them to stay on top of their compliance requirements across all their sites. This includes the use of re-occurring checklists, tailored to suit the annual requirements required. 

Building Condition Assessments

Perform Annual Building Condition Assessments easily and remotely through the use of you tablet, mobile or desktop. By using IPWEA Visual Condition Assessment to meet your obligations by managing Condition Ratings, Functional Rating, Deferral Risk Assessment, Remaining Useful Lifecycle & Identifying damages/defects. These assessments are tailored specific to rooms & buildings to cover all conditional factors, such as wet areas, wall finishes, fixtures, roofing etc.
